This policy explains how DB Mission Support LLC handles information collected through this website hosted through OpenAI Sites. It applies to this website and its contact form. Third party websites linked from this website have their own privacy policies.
Information collected
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, selected service area, message, and phone number if you provide one. The site also creates a submission reference, timestamp, and inquiry status. Please do not include classified information, controlled government information, passwords, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to you, discuss services or teaming opportunities, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and service providers
Contact form submissions are stored in the site's hosted Cloudflare R2 storage. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and access controls. These providers process information needed to operate the website and storage. The website is publicly accessible. Submitted inquiries are stored separately from the public pages and are not published on the website.
Inquiry details are sent through Google Apps Script and Google Workspace to info@dbmissionsupport.com, a Google Group containing DBMS team members. Google processes these messages under its service terms and privacy practices. A successful form submission confirms storage. The submission message separately reports notification status; it does not confirm delivery to each member or review by our team.
Technical information and cookies
The site does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics service. Hosting and sign in providers may process technical information, such as network and request information, and use cookies needed for security, authentication, and site operation under their own policies. The contact form does not ask for access to your connected apps.
Sharing
DB Mission Support LLC does not sell inquiry information or transmit it to advertising platforms. Information is processed by the hosting and storage providers described above. If you choose an email link, your message is handled by your email provider and our business email service.
Retention and your requests
Saved inquiries remain in hosted storage until they are deleted. The website does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule.
